Shipping:
We ship to all 50 states and military APO/FPO addresses. For all U.S. shipping addresses EVERYTHING SHIPS FOR FREE!
Before we can ship, we process orders to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information. We process most orders the same day we receive your payment. Orders Received by 2 pm Est. will be shipped out the same day.
All shipments of orders received on weekends are processed the immediate Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Ground shipping is estimated to be 1-6 business days depending on your location. We are shipping out of Ohio. Packages are sent out using DHL or USPS.
After the product leaves our warehouse, it's the shipping company's responsibility to deliver on time. If for any reason there was a delay, please contact the shipping company first, before sending us an email.
Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 14 days from the time it leaves our warehouse.
Returns:
Thank you for shopping with Glamorous Shoe. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases, we will gladly exchange it for you. But remember, when trying shoes on, please use a carpeted area so you wont scuff or scratch the shoes.
Returns and exchanges are ONLY accepted within 15 days of the day you receive the product.
All Sales on a sale product, accessories and gift certificates are FINAL.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with out damage to the box. If the box is damaged you will be charged 15% restocking fee.
We will not refund the shipping fees, unless the shipped product was damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
If you return an item, you will get a refund minus (-) the cost of the shipping.
In case of a return, we do not guarantee that we will have the same style or color of the return merchandise in your size.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item.
Refund(s) will be added to your account as store credit that can be used towards anything else in our store.
